Hi my name is Veerle and I‘ve struggled with my weight all of my life. I‘ve done a lot of emotional eating and after the loss of my mother when I was 23 years old. I became depressed and gained 20 kilos (44 lbs) in one year. I‘ve been vegetarian for 7 years and almost went vegan for ethical reasons.
I‘ve dealt with severe PMS all of my adult life. And I had the works, including severe mood swings. Also I‘ve suffered digestive issues since I was a kid. As I previously stated I‘ve had severe depression and this came with suicidal thoughts.
As soon as I went carnivore it was as if a dark cloud lifted. I felt light and emotional stable, for me this happened over a couple of weeks. And at this time I was not even completely carnivore!
I love the way the diet makes me feel and I wish the same for everybody. So if you are struggling, need some advice I would love to help you out!
