I first discovered the Carnivore diet after triggering an auto immune condition due to stress, fatigue and poor gut health.  Using the Carnivore diet, I am proud to have overcome rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue, joint pain, low mood and low energy, digestive pain and discomfort, and severe bloating.  I strongly believe that the Carnivore diet can help people truly heal, as I have done.   This way of eating has helped me to feel like ‘me’ again.  I strive to support others in doing so, and am passionate about working with my clients to find the route through nutrition that works best for them.

I work as a Personal Trainer, Animal Flow Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach with clients around the World and in London, England.

    Talking to Natasha felt so easy and comfortable knowing that she has walked in my shoes and felt the kind of pain I have experienced with RA. She is so knowledgeable about the diet and sent notes of all we discussed. She sent supportive documents that I can make reference to when am not clear about measurements and foods I can eat on the diet. Will definitely book her again.

She listens well, answers precisely and to top it all, she’s easy going, my first session couldn’t go any better.
