My diet journey started with a desire to be the best I can be for my family, something I was failing at shortly after the birth of my first child. Migraines, anxiety and obesity plagued my day to day life and it wasn’t fair on those around me.
I’ve been low carb since 2018 & have studied the carnivore diet for over a year. My day job involves analysis for the National Health Service in England so I’m not afraid of searching for the answers to complex health issues. I’ve lost over ninety pounds, eight inches on my waist and reduced by triglycerides by more than two thirds.
I believe in the benefits that an animal based diet has to offer and I’m here to help you on that journey, to a place where you can not just survive, but THRIVE! We’ll set long and short term goals, break problems down into small manageable pieces and get you on the path to your optimal health.
