So, you’re considering hiring a nutrition coach! Maybe you’ve done that before. Or maybe you’ve just tried that last diet that was going around. You got that meal plan, went to the store with the four page shopping list (WTF is arrowroot??), and spent most of your Sunday afternoons prepping 35 delicious looking meals! Three meals, two snacks, and a healthy desert for each day of the week! You are motivated and ready to go!
But what happens a few weeks later? Initially you lost some weight, but now you aren’t losing at all. You completely stalled! Not only that, but you feel miserable. Your energy is down, your willpower is gone, and why do those donuts look SO AMAZING(entire box gone)??? Most of the meals you made went to waste- It was hard to eat every two-three hours, even though you were starving all the time, and your husband or little Timmy wouldn’t eat all that kale anyway. And now… Your weight is going UP. Like, a lot, and so are your sugar cravings. And now, several months later, you’re 10 lbs heavier than when you started, and with worse energy. Dang. Well, hopefully in a few months, you’ll gain more willpower and try again.

When the conventional diets, meal plans, and advice have failed you for the last time, we are here to help with something more unconventional. I have been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and run a metabolic testing (to discover how your body burns calories) program for over 13 years now. Then something happened. I discovered low-carbohydrate, high fat diets. “Insanity!”, I thought. “This would NEVER work!! Of course eating fat makes you fat!! You need carbs for energy! Any you need lots of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables!!!!”
Well as it turns out, you don’t.
Since changing my approach, I have helped hundreds of my clients transition onto a variety of low-carb diets. They can include, but are not limited to, “keto” (no, not the “fad” you see with people drinking massive amounts of butter and eating lbs of bacon and “fat bombs”. I mean a well-formulated ketogenic diet). My clients lost weight, but they only lost FAT. They didn’t lose muscle anymore. Their energy went up, like WAY up. They felt less hungry, so they started eating less, which was way more convenient and cheaper for them. Then they started FASTING, and whoa!! Now they lost even MORE fat. And strangely, the eczema went away . Their arthritis went away. They stopped taking insulin or high blood pressure meds. And the weight NEVER CAME BACK. It was truly a miracle.
