I had tried various elimination diets with little success until I found, through online research, that it was possible to only eat meat. My health had suffered for several years prior and I wish I’d heard about it sooner! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have not looked back since cutting carbohydrates from my diet in September 2018. Previously, I had suffered from depression, anxiety, bloating, brain fog and IBS-C symptoms. All of which have been ameliorated since switching to the carnivore diet.

I can also offer you tips on grocery shopping, intermittent fasting and meal preparation.
I truly believe in the benefits of this diet both for the human body and our environment.

As a certified yoga instructor, I believe in the importance of checking in with yourself and noticing how food affects and nourishes your body.
