I have been following a strict carnivore diet for two years. I suffered previously from IBS-C, depression, anxiety, iron deficiency, blood sugar mood swings, digestive issues and brain fog. I had tried various elimination diets, supplements and therapies with little success. Within a day of starting this diet I noticed improvements! As time went on, my physical and mental health continued to improve. My mind is clear, I am no longer iron deficient, my blood work is great and I have more energy than ever. I have not looked back since!
I hope to help others along their path to better health. We owe it to ourselves to know how good we can feel! Changing eating habits isn’t easy, but it is worth it. I believe that we must take responsibility for our health and experiment with what works best for our own bodies.
About me personally: I am 26 years old and live in British-Columbia, Canada. I studied visual arts and psychology during my undergraduate degree and I am currently working on my master’s degree in counselling. I love to draw, read and train Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I am a certified yoga instructor and strive to maintain a regular mediation practice.
