Keto Pork Rind Stuffing

1 Egg [boiled]

1 Egg [beaten]

3 oz Pork Rinds

1/6 cup Bone Broth

1 tbs Heavy Whipping Cream

3 oz Onion [chopped]

3 oz Bell Pepper [chopped]

2 oz Celery [chopped]

2 tbs butter


1/8 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning



 Add veggies and butter to a skillet and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

In a large bowl: add pork rinds, veggies and spices, followed by beaten eggs, bone broth, heavy cream, and boiled eggs. Stir until completely blended.

Pour mixture into an 8×10 baking dish. Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes. Safely remove from the oven… and enjoy.
