Matt no longer has joint pain following a carnivore diet

After years of following “healthy advice” by not eating animal fats, salt, and eating lots of vegetables Matt’s friend mentioned the keto diet to him.  He lost weight and felt better but then tried the carnivore diet.  His goal was 30 days of eating only meat but he felt so great and his joint pain went away that he never went back to keto. 


Now Matt is a certified coach who enjoys surfing and is looking forward to helping others get their health back!
