Keto Louisiana Cajun Skillet

Cook Time: 15-17 Minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

6 oz Shrimp

3 tbs Butter

1/2 lb Crawfish

1 Sausage [link]

2 oz Onion [chopped]

2 oz Celery [chopped]

2 oz Bell Pepper [chopped]

 

Spices:

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

 

Instructions:

Cut the sausage link into small round pieces and season with 1/3 of the spices. Season the shrimp and crawfish with remaining 2/3 of the spices.

In a large skillet on medium heat: add 1 tbs of butter and the sausage. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once the sausage is cooked, add shrimp, crawfish, veggies, and 2 tbs of butter to the skillet. Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes. Safely remove from heat… and enjoy.
