Keto Chicken Salad and Cheese Crackers

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 Egg [diced]

1/4 cup Mayo

1-2 slices Bacon [ground]

4 oz Chicken [cooked/shredded]

2 oz Cream Cheese

2 oz White Cheddar Cheese [block]

2 oz Celery [chopped]

2 tbs Dill Relish

Spices:

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:

Slice cheese into 1/4 inch thick 2×2 squares. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave space between them. Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes. Safely remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Mix chicken, mayo, cream cheese, eggs, bacon, celery, relish and spices in a large bowl. Serve… and enjoy.
