This is a refreshing, cold and creamy keto smoothie made with coconut milk and sweetened with blueberries and vanilla extract.

- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ~ 10 drops liquid keto sweetener
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
- Taste, add more sweetener if needed.
- Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
