Justin’s 7 month experience with the carnivore lifestyle has helped him to greatly reduce if not eliminate terrible migraine headaches from which he suffered over the last decade.

 

He knows he speaks to other migraine sufferers when relating his own experiences about having social events ruined by food triggers that cause the headaches. Those triggers can bring on depression and anxiety making it difficult to focus on living the best life possible.

 

Justin struggled with those issues as well as what he calls “negative self-talk”, thinking of himself as lazy and dumb but now he feels like a whole new person with a completely different attitude since adopting a carnivore lifestyle. To hear him tell it, a dark cloud has been lifted. He’s a much more positive person now.

 

Unfortunately, he was in a bad car accident in the spring and was hit by a car in the summer. He feels that the carnivore diet really helped him as he made it through physical therapy on his way to recovery. He now has much more mental clarity and he feels sharper with more energy than ever before.

 

Justin wants to encourage everyone to give serious consideration to a carnivore diet. It really helped him and he wants to see it help others.
