Chicken and Dumplings

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Temp: High

Cook Time: 3 1/2 Hours

        4 lbs Chicken Thighs

1/2 batch CarniBatter

   16 cups Water


   1 tbs Salt

   1 tsp Pepper

   1 tsp Oregano 

   1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Basil

1/2 tsp Parsley


Add chicken and all spices to a large pot with water. Boil on high for 3 hours. Carefully remove chicken from the pot, shred it, and add back to the broth.

Dumplings: Take your CarniBatter and roll into 1-2 inch and carefully drop into the same pot. Allow dumplings to cook for 10 minutes.

Safely remove from the heat… and enjoy.
