Lynsey treated allergies, joint pain, fatigue, mouth ulcers on carnivore diet

I’m a 37 year old female, and I started the Carnivore Diet in August 2018. I’m a big fan of Jordan Peterson, and I heard him talking about the Carnivore Diet on the Joe Rogan podcast. It was the first time he’d said something that actually made me think maybe he was a bit crazy. I ignored it for a while because, really, what sane person would eat just meat? But then I read his daughter’s blog, which lead me to Shawn Baker, and then here to the Meat Heals website.

Apart from having hay-fever and anxiety, I always considered myself a healthy person but over the past few years some health issues have crept their way in: rosacea, eczema, horrific mouth ulcers that wouldn’t go away, mood problems, insomnia, and general aches and pains. Reading people’s stories here about how they had cured these types of things, I became convinced that it was going to help me (even though my doctor said they were not diet related).

I was also overweight, even though I worked out twice a week, went running once a week, walked every day, and regularly restricted calories. My weight either stayed the same or went up. And the whole time I just thought it was because I wasn’t trying hard enough. Sometimes I just couldn’t stop myself from eating because I was just so damn hungry all the time (I would obsessively think about food)! I thought that if I had a ‘slip up’, it was because I lacked willpower. I just generally felt bad about myself for thinking I was so pathetic and useless!

So, the day before my son’s birthday, whilst baking him a birthday cake laden with buttercream icing, I decided to go Carnivore. It was daunting for many reasons; one being that I didn’t really eat much meat, and certainly not fatty meat. I was a vegetarian from the age of 9 because I ‘loved animals’, and although I slowly started eating meat again in my early 20s, I always hated fatty meat and I’d never eaten a steak in my life until I started Carnivore.

It was hard at first but now I love ribeyes. I have a ribeye every day, and would happily have three a day if I could afford it but I can’t. So instead, I also have minced beef and bacon, and sometimes eggs from my own chickens. Sometimes I have a little bit of cheese but I don’t feel so great with it. And I also sometimes drink zero-carb spirits when I feel like it (I have young kids; sometimes you just need a drink!).

Within a week of doing Carnivore, my mouth ulcers disappeared. That was amazing. My tongue became this beautiful, healthy, red/pink colour that I don’t remember it ever being before. The weird coating it previously had was gone. All my other ailments also disappeared quite quickly. The only time they returned was when I had carbs (just a small amount, like ‘oh a little bit of chocolate at Christmas will be fine.’ Nope, not fine!). Not sure if my hay-fever has gone as it’s not quite allergy season but I’m hopeful.

My mood improved within the first couple of weeks, and I decided to come off my antidepressants in November. Although I had a bit of a wobble at the beginning (I felt like I was back to how I felt before the antidepressants), I was quickly back to feeling really good. Now I feel better than I felt when I was on antidepressants. I feel calm most of the time. I don’t seem to get obsessive kinds of thoughts anymore and my mind is very clear. The brain fog that I didn’t even know I had has definitely gone!

My sleep is also much, much better. I suffered from ‘mild’ insomnia. I’ve always taken a while to get to sleep – my mind would race with worries and random thoughts – but during the first week of Carnivore, I fell fast asleep quickly after my head hit the pillow. This had never happened to me before. I used to toss and turn all night and I would wake up two or three times and not be able to get back to sleep. Now I sometimes wake once in the night but I quickly fall asleep again. My arms and hands used to go numb or have pins and needles and I’d wake up with that a lot but not anymore. I also had horrible hypnic jerks, which were often terrifying but those seem to have gone too. I feel like my sleep is much deeper now and I often have extremely vivid dreams (they always used to be hazy).

Now to the weight loss. From day one, the weight just dropped off me. It was truly amazing. So far, I’ve lost over 17kg (38lbs). I didn’t even know I had that much to lose (I thought 10kg maybe)! My weight is now considered ‘healthy’ and my BMI is 19 which I never imagined would ever happen to me (it was 26 when I started). I think I’m even still losing weight now but much more slowly, and my body shape is definitely still changing and toning up. I never would have believed I would be the weight I am now. I’m 161cm (5ft 3in), and weigh 51.2kg (113lb).

My husband, having initially thought I was mad, saw how well I was doing, and has joined me on this diet and is also thriving. We are trying not to preach to people but I wish everyone would just give this a try because it’s just amazing. We are pretty certain we will eat this way for the rest of our lives! Thank you to everyone for sharing their stories and for giving me the courage to try this. Totally life changing!!

P.S. I’m sorry to Jordan Peterson for ever doubting him!

Erika improved reproductive health, skin, PCOS, psoriasis on carnivore diet

My name is Erika, I’m 34 years old, 5’6” and my highest weight was 278lbs. I began the carnivore lifestyle September 17, 2018.

I was keto (20g net carbs) for three years prior. I went off the keto rails early in 2018 due to frustration. Keto is wonderful, but in hindsight I just didn’t optimize for my body correctly, like I am now. This was tough, so many things were significantly improved on keto I was struggling to comprehend why I wasnt feeling my best. The things that improved were, my mental health, some weight, and hormonal regularity (PCOS), but I was struggling with inflammation. My CRP came back at 6.1 two years in a row and this really bothered me, something was off. My doctor suspected it was due to my chronic UTIs but to me the UTIs just seemed like another symptom of a larger issue.

As a child, I was constantly on antibiotics due to chronic UTI’s and ear infections. I must have done at least three courses a year from ages 5-12. I’m certain gut damage has contributed to my inflammation issues.

Entering my teen years was no fun, my cycles were never regular and of course I was just put on birth control to regulate them. I remained on that until my early 20’s when I learned more about the risks and was digging deeper into health and wellness. It wasn’t until then that I was diagnosed with PCOS. In early 2016, about 3 months after starting keto my cycles started to regulate somewhat. Now that I am carnivore, I am almost to a perfect 28 day cycle for the first time in my life. I actually ovulated 18 days into carnivore. This is perfect timing as I hope to have children soon.

Today, my inflammation is decreasing day-by-day. I have not retested my CRP but weight is just pouring off of my body. I’ve lost 10lbs. a month for the past 6 months. This is unheard of for me, dropping weight has always been a struggle. Just when I think “OK, next month my weight loss will slow down a bit” it just stays consistent… amazing. I’m down to 210lbs today, it has only been 6 months! My mental health has also improved further, over the past months I’ve noticed my anxiety and worry have substantially decreased, I used to go over and over situation or problem in my head, now I just let things go without even trying. I had been experiencing psoriasis on my scalp for about 6 years, this has almost completely vanished! It flares a bit during hormonal changes with the onset of my cycle but it is 80% better than before. It’s hard to explain…I just feel content, like someone cleared the drain, I was clogged and now I’m clear in every sense.

Some interested things I’ve noticed since going carnivore:

  • No muscle pain: I used to despise exercise. Before, I would get up enough motivation to go for a walk and my leg muscles would start aching instantly. I thought this was normal; it’s not. Three months into the carnivore diet I started a stepbet as I really was having the urge to move more. I was a mile in when I realized the pain wasn’t there. I thought I wasn’t trying hard enough so I accelerated my pace, the uncomfortable aching did not return. I’m now walking around four miles/day/5-6x week.
  • My skin is very fair and I no longer burn in the sun. I may get a bit red initially but it quickly turns into a tan. (it’s also very clear and smooth)
  • In the past I had an aversion to heat, I couldn’t tolerate it. Now it’s no longer uncomfortable and I am far more tolerant.
  • My teeth are no longer sensitive to cold, my gums no longer bleed when I floss, and my dentist visits are easy. My teeth and gums are healthier than ever.
  • 16 days in my toes ached unbelievably, I still have no idea what the hell that was.

Henry treated addiction, headaches, fatigue on carnivore diet

Before I began the low carb, high protein meat diet, I ate a standard diet. I was 198 pounds (I’m 5’11”). Symptoms included:

  • Drank too much
  • Weed dependency
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Low Energy
  • Teeth pain
  • Big gut
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Tingling in my feet and fingers
  • Hands fell asleep often
  • Headaches
  • Mood disorders
  • Always gassy

Today I weigh 152 pounds and I began working out again. All the above symptoms have gone away completely or improved significantly.

Currently consider myself a “loose carnivore”. I eat mostly beef, pork, chicken, eggs and cheese with the occasional fruit, dark chocolate or momma’s homemade pie.

Rob improved dental health, mood/mental health, vision on carnivore diet

I may be getting ahead of myself, only having changed my eating habits a little over three weeks ago.

I had been an “almost vegan” the last 7 years or so, having watched Forks Over Knives back in the day. To me, I felt like this was the ultimate scientifically proven way to eat. I bought it hook, line and sinker.

Now I am connecting the dots as to what’s been going on in my life since then.

Headaches started sporadically. Teeth problems. Sore joints. Feeling foggy, anxious and down. Very nihilistic. (you need to understand I am blessed with a strong healthy body and mind. Always been strong in both areas.)

But the worst of the worst was the headaches.

Late last November 2018 they started daily.

I started to get worried. These were not migraines.

I kept a daily headache journal to track, 3 times daily, both the pain and the Tylenol and Advil I was taking. I wanted something to bring to my doc.

I became convinced I had a serious problem, possibly a tumor. Yes, a tumor. That, to me, was what was going on. What I thought. What else could it be?

On the eve a Jan 2, 2019, a little voice said: “Try it, what do you have to lose?”
In reference to the carnivore way of eating. I’ve always been open minded and had watched a few videos on this, always poopoo-ing it.

I was so desperate, I thought ok, why not. I cooked up some eggs, meat and butter right away.

I was, admittedly, worried since I had been eating mainly spinach, veggies and quinoa. There might be some side effects.

The next morning…no headache.

I ate more meat. Waited, thought I’d grow horns or get some massive rash or something.

Nothing. Not even a headache. I went to the market, bought more meat for that night’s meal (my daughter and her man were joining us).

I called my wife, and said: “OK, you need to work with me on this one. I get the irony of ironies here. Mr Plant Base vegan dude is going meat. I bought us some steaks for tonight.”

So far the headaches are gone. Doc says I have no tumor, keep doing what I’m doing.

I could kiss the ground. I can’t believe what happened. That, plus my mood changed. I’ve been very nihilistic the last 7 years or so.

And I swear my eyesight is better. Go figure.

Blamed it on life stuff and getting older. Now I know the reality. It was that diet that screwed me over.

Thanks

Al improved dental health, digestion, fitness on carnivore diet

I was doing some research on veganism a few months ago, and I came across people who were using the meat only diet or the carnivore diet. After seeing the damage done to eating only vegetables, I saw that many people were eating the meat only or zero carb diet. The most notable YouTube videos that were the most compelling were from Jordan and Mikalia Peterson. Assuming they were telling the truth, I found their results were quite remarkable. I’ve been battling weight for most of my adult life, and I have always been looking for a better way to do it. I was never a vegan and I never considered it because the vegans I knew were very bitchy and hot-tempered.

I’m not going to write much here about nutritional issues because I’m not that well-studied in the subject. I’ve heard all sides but this one seemed to make the most sense. I’m in the habit of using the natural law or natural order to make important decisions. I wish I had known how to do this earlier. But the carnivore diet makes sense because before modern times, most of the nutrient rich foods were animals. While some vegans claim there is an ethical issue in killing animals, the truth is that is what we were designed to eat along with plants. It is a part of the natural law so I decided to give it a try based on the Petersons’ testimony.

What I now eat is as follows: chicken, fish, beef, cheese, eggs, and lots of bacon. That’s it. And I’ve been eating like this for 134 days as of this writing.
Here are the results from this test:

  • Improved mental clarity (some may disagree)
  • Improved mood
  • Sugar addiction is gone
  • I had pain in my right shoulder area and that’s gone
  • Hunger is manageable and easy to control
  • I’ve lost a little over 18 pounds since the beginning of this diet and 47.5 lbs from two years ago
  • Macular degeneration is gone. This was a big surprise. I don’t have any more floaters in my eyes
  • Sleep has improved
  • My teeth have stopped deteriorating as I lost three molars last year
  • I’ve had a chronic cough for over 20 years and now that’s gone too
  • Bowel movements are limited to once a day, sometimes two. Sitting on the can once a day is plenty
  • I can get up at 6AM and go through the day until 8PM without a nap
  • Energy level feels like I’m in my twenties; I’m 72
  • Type 2 Diabetes gone-actually did it before carnivore on the plain low carb Atkins type diet by losing weight.
  • I take no more prescription drugs

I thought the Atkin’s diet was good, but this is a little better and easier to stay on without relapsing into the old ways. I’ve completely lost my desire for fruits and vegetables. I’m not sure I want to eat them again. I’m still considering it. With all of the sprays being used in agriculture, it may make sense to stay on the carnivore-zero carb. I like to drink beer but the last time I had one it made me sick and I stayed up all night trying to go to sleep. I’ve learned to just stay away from liquor as I don’t see any health benefits in drinking it.

I’m trying to find some negative effects from this method and I can’t find too many. My social life is different as I don’t want to go out and eat with friends because I don’t want the temptation to eat the rabbit food. I don’t have the desire to have my nightly Margarita as all of my sugar cravings are gone. The money I save from buying crappy food and eating out helps to keep me within my budget. My meat costs are about $200.00 per month and I buy most of it from the local butcher shop. I save money by not buying things like bread, peanut butter, nuts, popcorn, pizza, and produce.

However, I am really perturbed to learn this at the late age of 72 and I’m wondering now if this vegan nonsense is politically motivated. I think it is, but that’s a subject for another time.

Again, I look at the results; if it works, then I think it is useful. I’m still learning about all the nutritional issues, but at the end of the day, it still comes down to results. I haven’t felt better for a long time if ever. I’m actually startled but happy with the results. I see no reason to change anything in the future. If it is working; why fix it?

Mark improved digestion, hair, mental health, sex, skin on carnivore diet

When I was 19 years old, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. After one clueless doctor after another, I decided the way I was going to get well, was to take matters into my own hands. I was a pizza delivery guy at the time, and I came across Gary Null’s Natural Living radio show. He preached a vegetarian diet, preferably vegan, and cited countless health benefits in living that lifestyle. It made perfect sense to me, so I adopted the veggie life. 2 years into it, I was wondering, what the heck is the deal? This isn’t working like Gary said it would. But at that point, I was so brainwashed by the vegan propaganda, that I knew I’d get healthy eventually if I kept detoxing, cleansing, meditating and exercising. Another year or two later, I decided to go a more drastic route, and became a raw food vegan.

I was eating seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables in their raw, uncooked state. For the first time in my life, I felt a shift in my health. I started to feel a lot better. The raw food diet made sense. I became so passionate about it, that I would tell anyone and everyone. I started only dating girls who were raw vegan. I went to raw vegan potlucks and events. I was hooked. At one of the events, someone told me about the 80/10/10 diet, and how that was the ultimate form of eating raw vegan. I gave it a try, and was hooked even more! I felt invincible. I was running everywhere I went. Strength was going up. I felt like a kid again. I went and got nutrition certifications, so I could have some credentials when I started teaching people how to eat this way.

My first blow came when I went to the dentist, because one of my teeth literally broke in half one day when I was sitting there. It just fell apart. That was kind of strange. I had 17 cavities at the dentist. 17!!! I ended up having 3 teeth pulled because they were rotten beyond repair. They couldn’t even do a root canal on them. My teeth were rotting out of my skull like I was on meth. What was the raw vegan remedy? Green juice of course! I started juicing the daylights out of greens. 6 glasses a day. Which of course, upset my stomach a great deal. Man is not meant to be drinking green juices.

Anyway, after the dental incident, I started noticing other symptoms I couldn’t ignore anymore. My anxiety and social withdrawal became a BIG problem. I couldn’t go out in public anymore. I started having phobias too. In addition to that, my Lyme Symptoms started coming back worse than ever. I used to be able to watch muscle spasms in my legs and arms like it was an entertainment show. My digestion became so bad that I could only digest fruit. Not even a salad. My body temperature dropped so low that I couldn’t even be outside if it wasn’t 80 out. And I kept the heat on 78 in my house in the winter, while wearing thermal everything. I decided to finally realize veganism was destroying me, worse than the Lyme Disease ever did. Every good thing I experienced on the diet was only temporary.

For about 10 years after veganism, I went from one diet to another. Ultimately, I settled on low carb paleo, because they made me feel best. My problem though, was always intense cravings for sweets. And I always gave in to muffins and cookies. This went on for years. One day on Facebook, I came across the concept of eating a zero carb diet. I didn’t see how this was possible. I actually laughed at and mocked the people doing it. Until I started reading stories and seeing how healthy people looked.

Eventually, I said screw it, and gave it a shot. I felt HORRENDOUS, and gave up after 5 days or so. Then went back to my mostly paleo diet. I bounced back and forth between paleo and carnivore about a dozen times, before finally realizing that carnivore is THE diet. Nearly every ailment or symptom I’ve ever had is completely gone. My digestion is better than it’s ever been in my life. My energy is outstanding, like I’m 18 again. I have absolutely no cravings (except for coffee, because I love it so much). I feel more like a man. I feel strong. Confident. My mental clarity is on point. My sex drive is alive and well. My 10+ year dandruff issue cleared up. My gums stopped being swollen and bleeding, which is a problem I dealt with since childhood. It’s almost miraculous what this meat based diet has done for me.

What do I eat? Mostly beef: steaks and hamburgers. Occasional ground turkey or something in a pinch. Occasional bacon as well. I eat about 1-2 dozen eggs a week. I drink a cup of black coffee a day, rarely two cups. I use kerrygold butter. I’ve tinkered with cheese and heavy cream a bit. They don’t agree with me at all, so I cut them out. I’m pretty much beef, eggs and coffee only. This diet has given me my life back. And if one struggling vegan reads this and decides to make the switch, then this was all worth writing out and submitting!

Elisabeth improved dental health, digestion, fitness, mood on carnivore diet

I started ZC 15 March 2015. I was on a strict Ketogenic Diet before, which did help with my osteoarthritis. A fat-fast made me pain-free. Adding veggies back made my pain come back. I did research about if I could survive without veggies, and found the group, Zeroing in on Health.

I came from strong painkillers and severe pain, to a life without medication and pain-free, most of the time. I have had asthma all my life. It is gone. My seasonal allergies are reduced, and I don’t need any medication on ZC. My tinnitus is gone. My gut troubles are gone. My dental health has improved. Hormonal improvement.

My skin is more healthy than ever. I have a bigger overarm now, than when I was training intensely, with no training.

Best of all, I was fighting a depression, which wouldn’t leave. I have had depression since childhood, very often. I haven’t had any, on zc, not even now, when my Company was bankrupt. I do have a mental clarity on ZC that I never had dreamed of. I am really more me, and I dare to live in the moment.

My libido is better than ever, and I feel younger than I have felt in many years. I am 50 years old.

I love meat, and I love what it does for my body. I was a carboholic, and now I have no cravings, at all. ZC made my life so much better.

Yours sincerely,
Elisabeth,
from Denmark.

Chris improved digestion and mood on a carnivore diet

Around grade 10 in high school I began taking interest in health after starting to rock climb. I wanted to lose weight and gain a ton of strength, and knew I couldn’t do that with the diet I had- consisting basically of pizza and soda. For the first 2 months, I just tried reducing calories, and prioritizing protein. After that, I started to gravitate towards veganism.

I had heard for so long that it was just right to eat plants, and that meat was terrible for humans, and worst of all I believed it. It didn’t take long before my sex drive, mental health, and digestion plummeted. After that, my skin became chronically inflamed, I started developing knee problems (patella tendinitis), my muscles were always sore, I had problems sleeping, I had no motivation, and became very very disconnected from people and nature. I was immensely awkward, and my confidence was non existent. After around 6 months, I switched off of it back onto a more health conscious approach to the initial diet.

I only ate organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, grassfed meats, wild caught fish, and no sugar (except on weekends because I had a really intense sugar addiction and couldn’t go longer than that without binging. I’m talking maybe 5000 calories worth of food in one cheat meal, of pure sugar and processed vegetable oils and grains). I fluctuated into veganism once again for around 3 months, and it was a like IBS central.

No more I said, and decided that I was going to try to make myself physically well as a goal. I found keto soon after, and felt amazing for the first few months- but soon enough I just felt as though it still wasn’t getting me where I wanted to go. Around the time when my hope in dieting began to fade, I stumbled upon Mikhaila Peterson’s story while listening to an interview with Jordan Peterson. I was baffled at first by the idea, but then did a bit more research.

I had already listened to Primaledgehealth, a popular keto channel on YouTube, for a while and saw that they were talking more and more about the benefits of meat. Then I found Shawn Baker through searching, and the on and on as I kept finding more and more I recognized this might be my path.

I remember now that I had already heard of this diet- legendary bodybuilder Vince Gironda followed a carnivore diet as well, and had insane success when it came to his physique. So, it can help me with my overall wellness and make me jacked as hell to eat steak all the time? Sign me the hell up! After 2 weeks, this past summer starting the diet, I noticed astronomical results. I was leaner, more vascular, with a fuller physique. But that wasn’t the best part. The best part was that my confidence came back, and my clarity and my calm.

I had a shitty relationship at the time and I had put off ending it for months. Within those two weeks, I calmly dealt with what I had to do. I believe deeply that my decision then was only carried out because this new diet gave me my mental well being back. Since then, my skin has cleared up, my sleep has improved, I don’t have IBS symptoms, I’m almost never anxious, have gone from working out sporadically and sluggishly to frequently, consistently and energetically, my social skills have improved, my sex drive has quadrupled, my hair grows nearly 1.5-2x as fast, I can handle pain better, I have no cravings for sugar or unhealthy foods, my teeth don’t hurt, and my muscle builds faster. Meat, in many ways, saved my life.

Milian healed hemorrhoids, and digestion issues on a carnivore diet

Hi, I’m 28 years old computer programmer from Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the past 5 years my health was constantly declining. My main food was potatoes, cheese, polenta, green beans, eggs, and chicken breasts. I had upper respiratory tract inflammation, heart palpitations, upper stomach pain, too much abdominal gas, third-degree and fourth-degree hemorrhoids, constipation, pain in my lower left abdomen, kidney stones began forming (my mother lost her kidney from that), skin rash on my back, onset of cavities, bad breath, mild ear infection, ear eczema, and dizziness.

After a nose surgery (septoplasty) that didn’t resolve my upper respiratory tract inflammation, I began exploring this hypothesis that what is causing it was silent reflux. Then I read “Heartburn – Fast Tract Digestion.” In short,
Norm Robillard, the author, is saying that the main cause of our gastrointestinal-related problems lies in the gas pressure inside our bowels. That gas is created by bacteria eating carbs — the process of fermentation. Eating food with low Fermentation Potential really reduced abdominal gas, which helped, but not significantly. Afraid of too much fat, cholesterol, fiber/vitamins/minerals deficiency, I didn’t go for all-meat. Still skeptical, while researching I come across Benjamin Bikman, Shawn Baker, and other information. The second part was just thinking about our ancient past as humans.

About two months into eating mostly meat and eggs, my condition significantly improved — physical and mental. Only upper respiratory tract inflammation didn’t go away completely, but now it is manageable. All other issues: gone. My biggest surprise was that I don’t have any more problems with hemorrhoids. I was about to go to surgery.

Now, I will share my experience with anyone I can.

Gabby lost weight, healed digestion and anxiety on a carnivore diet

Here’s my story: I’m a 40 yr old female new to the carnivore diet. A little back story. I have always had thyroid issues since my 20’s (Graves disease and Hashimotos). I was on several medications and nothing worked. In 2010 I listened to my doctors and had a complete thyroidectomy, a decision I regret every single day. After my surgery I gained 50 lbs and then went on a Paleo style diet. I felt “better” but still suffered with migraines, skin issues and severe hormonal imbalance and continued weight gain. Then I jumped into vegetarianism then eventually veganism. Then I started feeling worse with depression and feelings of impending doom. My anxiety was on a 100 and my teeth started aching. I ended up needing 7k in dental work. I realized veganism wasn’t for me. I then switched to keto. I started losing weight and feeling much better. I am a life long lover of vegetables and figured the more organic and raw the better. I bought every expensive blender and juicer I could find. I was always hungry and my hormones were out of control right before my menstrual cycle, so I cut all fruit. Fast forward I stumbled across the podcast with Joe Rogan and Shawn Baker and decided to give the all meat diet a try. That was 2 months ago and I haven’t looked back. Here’s what I’ve experienced after 2 months:

Starting weight: 230
Today’s weight: 203
Skin feels softer and more supple
Depression and anxiety are gone
I’m able to deal with minor inconveniences without wanting to cry
My digestion have improved 100%
No bloating or flatulence
No menstrual cramping
My hair and nails feel thicker and stronger
My teeth and gum health has improved
I no longer spend hours in the kitchen meal prepping
My gains in the gym have doubled and recovery is faster
I have no cravings for bad foods

Here’s what I eat:
Ribeye steaks
Veal liver twice a week
Egg yolk (egg whites don’t agree with me)
Turkey wings and necks (they are nice and gelatinous)
Wild Meats like ground yak and ostrich
Veal sweet breads (pancreas and surrounding organs)
Bone marrow
Wild Salmon
Sardines
Hydrolized Collagen

In closing: I have tried every diet out there on a quest to feel as best as I can given my circumstances. This way of eating has not only helped me lose weight but I feel stronger physically and mentally. I thank all of those who have gone against the medical establishment and conventional dietary guidelines to put their story’s out there. It has helped change my health and my life. I will never go back.
