Daniel improved digestion, mental health, joint, back pain on carnivore diet

My name is Daniel and I am forty years old from Australia, 183cm (6ft) and 75kg (165 pounds). I have held off writing this story, despite following the carnivore community for some time, as it has taken this long to heal from quite a few ailments, most notably my joint pain and depression. (No photos as most of my issues are internal.)

My mother told me that from a very early age I had an allergy to cow’s milk (I was fed soy “milk” as a child) and a nearly fatal fall (fractured skull and broken collar bone) from a ledge at the age of 2. I can recall always having sore throats and hay fever as a boy. Also looking back now, I believe I experienced some anxiety and depression too. Antibiotics were a regular thing and I eventually had my tonsils removed at the age of nine.

My journey to this carnivore way of eating began nearly 2 years ago when I started to seriously investigate how diet can affect one’s health (particularly autoimmune problems) which I previously just thought were the “bad genetic cards” I was dealt. For example, I thought that I had genetically inherited my father’s bad back and my mother’s hay fever and that was how it was going to be for life and the only way to treat these was with over the counter medications or other alternative therapies.

I have long been a supporter and consumer of alternative therapies for health like chiropractic, acupuncture and energy frequency therapy, having tried to stay away from visiting the GP unless necessary.

I have always preferred fresh foods for cooking instead of processed garbage and the health education I received was the classic “SAD/Western” diet as based on the food pyramid, i.e. saturated fat is bad, wholegrains are good, “2 fruit and 5 veg daily”  and meat in moderation. I have loosely followed the “eat a rainbow” style together with high carbs and some meat with every meal. In a sense I knew that diet played a part in health and I had an awareness of additives and processed food, but like many younger folks I took it for granted that I would always be healthy because I never got fat. I would daily consume a pint of chocolate milk or iced coffee and lots of toasted sandwiches, pastries and cakes. I still thought that I had reasonably good health as my weight has never been an issue and have been blessed with an incredible metabolism.

However, inside I was broken from:

  • Regular colds, sore throats, congestion
  • Tonsilitis as a child (tonsils removed when I was 9)
  • Chronic hayfever
  • Bad snorer and mouth breather
  • Frequent mouth ulcers, cold sores near lips
  • Mouth corner sores (angular chelitis)
  • Bowel problems (irregular and constipated frequently)
  • Bloating
  • Haemorroids
  • Bleeding gums/gingivitis
  • Sinusitis
  • Poor dental health on left upper side, failed root canal, ongoing infections (related to sinusitis)
  • Jaw pain on left side, clicking jaw (TMJ)
  • Brain fog and poor concentration
  • Mild depression as a child worsening to severe in recent times
  • Anxiety from a young age
  • Poor sleep in recent times
  • Back/neck pain, sciatica, inflammation and chronic groin pain
  • Worsening joint pain in hands, elbows, knees and shoulders
  • Gout in toe
  • General aching on left side and in chest
  • Skin tags and bad skin breakouts on back
  • Always getting a sunburnt face
  • Minor heartburn
  • Raynaud’s in my hands

My health took a turn for the worse about five years ago when joint pain was affecting my ability to work (labouring) and my mental health nose-dived, culminating in a mental breakdown followed by a psychotic episode and a six month period in and out of a mental ward about four years ago. I was heavily medicated on anti-psychotics and antidepressants like Olanzapine. At this time, I became increasingly disenfranchised with the medical system, since I had four children who were always sick, and they were always going to doctor’s appointments for one ailment or another and being constantly prescribed antibiotics or some special cream. I managed to get myself of the antidepressants through some alternative healing and improved diet with more nourishing home made meals, however still had depression.

Cycle ahead to about 2 years ago and after watching quite a few Netflix documentaries from the plant-based vegan propaganda videos like “What The Health?”  And then “The Magic Pill” and other Youtube video series like “Autoimmune Secrets”, like many folks in the carnivore community I saw the Joe Rogan podcast with Dr Jordan Peterson on Youtube and was blown away. I believed Dr Peterson to be a credible source of information but could not reconcile that the meat only diet was a thing. From there I followed Mikhaila Peterson and then Dr Baker and many others and kept doing the research.

I began to slowly make some changes to my diet, cutting out gluten, reducing sugar and dairy but still hung onto my “rainbow salads” and then went down the whole gluten-free alternative rabbit hole of eating. I then heard about all the processed seed oils contained in these gluten-free foods and it dawned on me that take away/restaurant foods also could not be trusted.  I never really entertained the idea of giving up meat, but there were certainly some vegans I had contact with who were trying their best to persuade me to do so. Some improvements occurred from these changes, but joint pain and mental health was still an issue. My meat consumption increased, higher fat intake but I also dabbled with some vegan foods at this time like hemp protein and quinoa. I had a wholefoods market nearby with organic produce. This was a very expensive exercise in the beginning, having nearly fallen for the “health food” industry marketing, but as time went on, I started to have more meat, bone broth, bacon, eggs and moved to an animal based keto diet.

My digestion began to improve and with it a whole range of ailments and autoimmune issues went away like hay fever, mouth ulcers and gout. Anxiety, back pain and sciatica began to reduce which I have had for as long as I can remember. I found myself not being hungry for 12-15 hours and saw improvements in my dental health and skin. I continued to spend hundreds of hours watching videos, listening to podcasts like HPO and digesting all the old books/articles linked to Meatheals.com and was absolutely convinced. As to the mechanics of why this works, I believe it is about giving your body what it needs, eliminating what it doesn’t need and then the immune system rebounds and the body heals like it is designed to.

I feel that the joint pain in my hands, groin pain and mental health has taken considerable time to heal, as well as having quality sleep again, but I am extremely grateful to have taken control of my health with 90 % meat and some other very basic lifestyle factors. Every single ailment listed above has seen some improvement or remission of symptoms.  I love that it has changed my outlook on life, a sense of calmness and really given me a new appreciation for ancestral traditions as well. I am Above all, a new relationship with food that is more about fuel and nourishment as opposed to entertainment. It seems that my mood is much better on beef and when I stray from this my allergies and sinus issues always seem to come back.

My energy levels have not been as consistent as I would have liked and through recent discussions with personal trainers, I simply have not been eating enough to meet the physical demands of my job and training. I have addressed the food quantity and I have also increased electrolyte intake and I am feeling better for that as well.

The next step for me is to try meat, water and salt only, to iron out some occasional small joint pain issues and Raynaud’s in my hands is still an issue on some cold days. I am very passionate about this movement and am seriously considering a health coaching career in the future to give back and share this simple and effective healing protocol.

Many thanks to Dr Baker and all the carnivore community for making a massive difference in my life and giving me the opportunity to tell my story.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel

Cory improved his chronic joint pain and mood on a carnivore diet

I’m Cory, I was a chubby kid and by 26 I was fat and very unhappy with myself.

I started going to the gym in hopes to “lose weight”. After lifting for awhile I got addicted to the iron and lost touch with how fat I was, because I was getting strong. At 30 years old, I juiced (vegetables) all summer and got down to my lowest weight of 172 lbs. I was weak and following a low fat diet that was completely unsustainable. When I was 36 years old, I listened to Dr. Lustigs Sugar: The Bitter Truth and heard about the ketogenic diet through the JRE podcast. Within a few months I was full blown keto and had dropped 30 lbs before I even realized it.

For the most part I remained keto with some meat only days, up until I turned 38. I was noticing some positive changes besides fat loss that I hadn’t expected. I had previously been diagnosed with arthritis in a couple of my neck vertebrae. Before the gradual change to carnivore I had felt I was turning to stone and a quick movement of the neck could easily ruin my week. After following carnivore for a few months I was not having as much joint pain after suffering for years. I would say I’m now 95% carnivore overall, but I feel better when I’m 100%. I’ve gotten cold sores all my life and haven’t had any since going LC/ZC. I noticed my overall mood and personal interactions with people are better. My adult forehead acne went away. I prefer fasted workouts but my first meal is soon after.

I typically eat twice a day and as much as possible. I do eat organs, dairy, some seafood, eggs, coffee but mostly beef. All my lifts are going up and the general clearheadedness makes achieving goals seem easier.

1st test, keto 6 months (very typical keto foods)
2nd test, keto/carnivore (more animals, lots of plants still)
3rd test, 95% carnivore (last salad was 48 weeks ago)

Keto is great, but cut out the plants and things just improve on another level.

Daniel improved brain fog, inflammation and chronic pain on carnivore diet

I used to eat in a way I thought was healthy. A way I’d been told I was healthy: a Mediterranean diet with added roast meat meals. Lots of green veg, lots of carbs, easy on the meat. I would need to snack all day into the evening.

Now I can eat twice a day and fast for 16 hours or longer. Ground beef and eggs for breakfast and some home made liver pate, some meat in the evening. It keeps me sustained and healthier than I’ve been in a long time.

I’ve been carnivore for 5-6 months. I switched from a high protein keto (mostly carnivore), which I’d been on for a couple of years. Before then, I would catch any infection going. Now I don’t seem to get anything (or if I do it’s too mild to notice).

My inflammation has gone way down. The upshot of this is that I’ve gone from being in permanent pain due to an old back injury and a more recent knee injury to no pain. These areas are still more fragile than the rest of my body but now they don’t prevent me doing anything.

I had wondered if I was losing my ability to think. People call this brain fog. For me, it prevented me thinking at a high enough level to work in a highly technical field. I had lost my ability to concentrate and to take in detail. Past learning was easy to recall and use but adding new learning was hard. I feel fully present during the day now and can work harder than I did in my 20s.

I guess the biggest thing is that my girlfriend was younger than me and I felt that I was getting too old, gaining weight, fading out of life. I didn’t think we had a future. Now we are married and contemplating a family. That would never have happened.

Packo improved his rare autoimmune on a carnivore diet

Hi there! Dear carnivores, My name is Packo. I have had a few conversations with one of my heroes (Dr Shawn Baker), we discussed what i am about to share with you in detail.

Rare disease

I have a really severe autoimmune decease called Ankhylosing Spondilitis (AS), I was diagnosed when I was about 24 years old. At that time, due to the lack of knowledge of all the doctors I visited, I had to spend almost 10 years of excruciating pain, to the point I couldn’t lift myself from bed without rolling face down to the floor and pick myself up from there . I used to take approximately 20 different kind of pills a day. None of them worked.

Heavy treatment and antibiotics

Then, about a year and a half ago, I started a biological treatment called “Infliximab”. I received about 300 mg every 6 weeks. It was until then that I stopped having chronic pain. But the toll was to high, last December I had to take 7 different treatments of antibiotics due to the nature of this biological med.

I had no problems with my RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) until about 3 weeks ago I had fast food burgers that contained soy and other inflammatory ingredients. That has sent me to hell.

Only diet

Now, I have been treating myself with only diet. I started about 6 months ago on the ketogenic regimen two months after I had the miracle to see myself with Dr Baker and Dr Jordan Peterson both podcasts with Joe Rogan. So I started the carnivore diet. I have now lost about 30 kg (About 60 lbs) and stopped taking Infliximab. I had no problems with my RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) until about 3 weeks ago I had fast food burgers that contained soy and other inflammatory ingredients. That has sent me to hell. I had to inject myself with Cortisone and take anti-inflammatory pills to keep it at bay. Other than that I feel great, no damaged part by the AS has been affected whatsoever. I now just wait patiently for my knee to get better.

For the moment, that is all I can share with you guys. God bless!

Steve improved dental health, digestion, mental health on carnivore diet

Before I start, I sincerely want to thank Mikhaila and Jordan Peterson, Shawn and Zach, and Joe and Charlene Anderson for helping me get a much better understanding on what is going on with my body. Thank you for all you do and sharing your information!!

58 Year old male with horrible eating habits most of my life. Here are most of the ailments I have experienced on and off as a teenager to present day:

  1. Trigger finger
  2. Loss of writing skills
  3. Physical and/or mental breakdown
  4. Constantly spraining my ankles on any change in elevation
  5. Mysterious knee, foot or hip pain that would last for months and suddenly disappear
  6. Partially torn deltoid ligament innocently running around bases
  7. Dislocated sternum using light weights
  8. Hiatal hernia
  9. Decay of the teeth
  10. Food intolerances
  11. Outdoor allergies
  12. CFS, sleeping only 2-3 hours per night
  13. Always 30-40lbs overweight and no amount of exercise and/or diet would help
  14. Poor digestion (would crap Carvel Ice Cream for over 2 decades)
  15. Deep muscle tension that would cause spasms and chronic “knots” in my soft tissue
  16. Dizziness when going from sitting to standing that lasted for over 18 months
  17. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis that couldn’t be fixed
  18. Diagnosed with arthritic hip that would need replacement.

Started Carnivore diet 18 months ago and started getting terrific results in 4-5 days. My diet was pretty clean before that so I think my body responded pretty quickly because I wasn’t eating much junk food at that time.
Been eating only ribeye and ground beef for the last 12 months and got another big improvement. Also stopped using any spices and of course only water.

Things that have improved since going carnivore:

  1. First time in over 2 decades I have had no cavities in my teeth on my last two appointments since my teeth have no enamel on them anymore
  2. Playing golf once to twice a week where 18 months ago I couldn’t swing a golf club ten times
  3. Playing a little bit of tennis again, for the first time in 3-4 years
  4. Now have two sleep sessions of 3-4 hours each night. Way better than only 2-3 hours total.
  5. Exercise everyday and even started sprinting on the treadmill
  6. Weight went from around 180lbs to around 145lbs. Haven’t been this light since college and has been the easiest most satisfying diet I’ve ever been on.
  7. Of course mental energy and focus have improved greatly.
  8. Can now sit several hours in a chair without getting any chronic back pain. Whereas in the past I couldn’t sit more than 20 minutes.
  9. Digestion has never been better. Can’t remember the last time I have had to use toilet paper. Whereas in the past I would have to wipe my butt several times.
  10. Hiatal hernia seems to be healing as my stomach wall continues to get stronger and shrink.
  11. Many of the knots and spasms in my soft tissue are just about gone though I still have a ways to go.
  12. Chronic inflammation in my feet is gone. Sciatic and hip inflammation are also almost completely gone.
  13. Tennis elbow and arthritic right hand are significantly reduced and improving.

Now, I am far from what I would call healthy. I know my immune system is still very weak. Pretty sure I can still make myself quite sick eating soy sauce, whey, casein, etc.m etc. But I am really excited about this healing process and can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will bring.

I am sure there are many things I have missed. So grateful I got a 2nd chance. I really thought the last 20-30 years of my life were going to be filled with more misery if I lasted that long.

Thanks Dr Baker, I am dropping down now and giving you 20!!! thanks for the inspiration!!!

Listen to Steve’s interview on the MeatRx.com podcast below:

Dante improved mental health, skin, treated asthma on carnivore diet

I am currently 25 years old and have been eating beef, liver, salt and water for the past 65 days.

I grew up with classic autoimmune disorder. I remember seeing psoriasis on the back of my legs when I was a toddler and throughout the years it has flared up and even stayed on some embarrassing areas of my body like my face. I also had asthma which required me to use an inhaler whenever I ran too much. My immune system was trash as a kid just like many of you. I remember getting sick constantly. It wasn’t all bad though. My dad was really into exercising and brought me to the gym with him even as a toddler. Despite my limitations, I grew up loving to exercise and played all kinds of sports. Eventually I grew out of the inhaler but other symptoms started to arise. I was taken out of lacrosse in high school for almost 2 years because of a recurring lower back injury that doctors couldn’t figure out. No matter how much I stretched it always felt weak. But I continued to exercise over the years and by age 21 my back never bothers me anymore, but that was when I started messing around with my diet.

From age 15 I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks but never knew why. it wasn’t till I hit my 20’s that I experienced depression. About 6 years ago I started CrossFit and it was awesome. I use to be one of those guys that thought no matter what you ate turned into energy or muscle. My health started to decline about 3 years ago and I knew I needed to make a change before things got out of my control.

Once I started experimenting with my diet my anxiety and depression would get much worse when I went back to a bigger variety of food. The more restricted I was, the better I felt. Eventually by age 25 I had no energy at the gym and my skin was getting really bad. Periods of anxiety and depression were constant everyday at the beginning of 2019. I don’t recommend this, but I was scared to go to the doctors because I know the depression medication is harmful for some people, and I was determined to fix the problems, not just put a band aid on them.

I eventually heard Shawn Baker on Rogan and started experimenting with carnivore. I am now 65 days into it and I feel better than I ever have. I do want to say though, it took 55 days for me to feel better. It is possible my body was extremely ill, or i just detox plant toxins slowly. I am sure it is a number of factors but my anxiety and depression is gone and my skin is getting better everyday.

I really feel like a new person.

I am also feeling great in the gym and my body is looking really good too. I just want to encourage everyone to not give up at first. there is a period of time when you’re detoxing and adjusting to the new diet that is extremely hard. Just be patient and give it time.

Nancy improved digestion, skeletal health, skin on carnivore diet

I have been suffering asthma since a toddler, varicose veins requiring surgery and custom compression stockings since my first pregnancy and severe morning sickness with all of my pregnancies.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 17 years ago, and severe constipation after taking Calcium supplements for the osteoporosis while maintaining a healthy version of the Mediterranean diet. I have had a big garden and used very little processed food and I ground my own flour and became an expert home whole grain bread maker since 1977.

I had to stop using Calcium supplements and but the constipation persisted with menopausal onset. I tried eating prunes, more butter by the spoonful, figs, more fibrous vegetables, more fresh fruit, and of course lots of whole grain bread and porridge every morning. I eventually resorted to eating extra bran and then soluble vegetable fibres from a bottle, but now I had terrible problems with bloating and gas which inhibited my social life extremely. Who wants their health problems to be the brunt of jokes and eventually a definer of one’s identity.

About 12 years ago my toes began to swell badly on my left foot. Towards evening and after a good walk they would swell, turning red with purple tips and often would develop a crack on the tips of my toes. The pedologist said it was frostbite, even though it was summer and I had never had frostbite before!

I had another bone scan about 12 years ago and was told that I had a 100% chance of breaking my hip within 10 years and was prescribed Fosomax to which I had a very serious reaction due to very low calcium levels even though I was eating dairy and making yogurt regularly. Insoluble fibre depletes one’s body of Calcium as well as other important nutrients so I stopped eating bran and drank more milk like my Doctor suggested. Soon after, a different doctor ordered some tests and discovered that I have Hypothyroid disease.

One Christmas I got a bad stomach flu and diarrhea which emptied my gut and my husband wanted to try a herb cleanse, but after researching I suggested using lemon juice instead which was great and became a part of my daily diet since it helped to promote digestion and to reduce bloating. Since then I suffered several intestinal infections and had to take antibiotics and then started to take probiotics regularly. I was able to control symptoms by eating very little meat except for salmon and by taking daily lemons, probiotics, and a 4 hour fast before drinking >4 cups of milk in the evenings.

Last summer my skin broke out in 5 different rashes including ringworm which was not diagnosed until October. I had to plaster my body with the anti fungal and since most of the rashes were unaffected, I was given an oral anti fungal for 4 weeks. Still, 4 of the rashes remained. I had some relief and did some research on Hashimoto’s disease with the prodding of one of our daughters. The doctor ordered some further blood work which revealed low sodium, low T3, normal T4, and very high antibodies (99). He said to cut out dairy. “BUT WHAT ABOUT MY BONES?” He said to reintroduce it again in 4 weeks and that it would not deplete my Calcium levels significantly.

But after more research I decided to try the Autoimmune Protocol diet. It did help with a lot of the bloating and gas and one of the rashes faded slightly but my toes were still extremely painful and swollen by the late afternoon.

I had heard of Jordan Peterson and his daughter and the Meat Only diet and had wished that I could do that but I was so afraid of not getting enough calcium and concerned about getting constipated and being hospitalized and since I was 139 lbs and 5′ 10″ I was sure I would wither away to nothing and so was my family. And I was already following an unusual diet. But after 10 days on the Autoimmune Protocol diet, I WAS DESPERATE, much like Doreen in her amazing YouTube videos!

The toe pain was excruciating and the leg rash was burning and bright red and my cheeks were aflame and lo and behold I got a new and different mottled rash all over my face.

And so I am now a Carnivore. I decided to continue taking lemon before eating in order to hopefully prevent constipation and I haven’t had any problems since quitting the vegetables. I cut back the black coffee by 50% and I thought that in order to get enough fat while using leaner cuts of meat from our freezer, I would use butter while cutting out all other dairy. From the start, I took my supplements as well but with encouragement from the Carnivore community and especially due to Dr. Shawn Baker’s work, after 2 weeks I eliminated all of the vitamins, butter, and lemon and am now eating only beef with some lard so I don’t fade away and water and salt and black coffee . I am so encouraged by my health’s progress so far. The rashes have almost entirely disappeared except for the occasional flare up due to the silicone band on my compression stockings. And my facial skin looks better than it has since I was a kid. My tummy is as flat as a pancake except for the overly stretched skin from so many years of bloating, and the mucous in my sinuses and bronchial tubes has healed.

Even though I have several bulging and herniated disks and have been suffering from sciatica and other pinched nerves, with shooting pains and numbness in my feet and legs and arms and hands, those aches and pains have greatly diminished, I am able to sit and type this out in one sitting. Before I started the Carnivore diet, I had to keep moving because of numbness and pain.

It is now 3 1/2 weeks since I started this delicious Carnivore lifestyle. I am hoping that my inevitable progression towards even more compounding problems with antibodies triggering worsening Autoimmune complications will be abated. And for the last 2 days my energy is increasing and I don’t have to lie down several times during the day.

I am 68 years old and found myself running behind the shopping cart as I left Costco 2 nights ago. I was down in weight again this morning, 123 lbs but am working on eating more fat plus at least 2 lbs meat/day.

Thank you so much to all of you for sharing your experiences.

Michael treated his back pain on carnivore diet

Hi, My name is Michael. I’ve been carnivore for 3 months. This diet is crazy, let’s get that straight. Acknowledge it and own it, and you will see great benefits as I have.

Bad diet led to surgery

I lived the typical American diet, with a pretty serious addiction to refined sugars. Every night I ‘d have multiple servings of sugar – sleeves of oreos, cake, and when I was trying to be healthy, pounds of frozen grapes. Of course, your typical sodas, juices etc throughout the day as well. I’m 5’5 and ballooned up to 215 lbs. I had so much belly fat that my back muscles weakened, as they were busy carrying my belly weight. In January of 2018, I started experiencing sciatica pain. This quikcly evolved into a severely herniated disc, which required surgery and 8 weeks recovery. I knew something had to change.

Experimenting with all the diets

Looking for a different way, I started a diet plan that I thought would work for me – experimenting with different diets every 2 weeks. That way, I thought, I wouldn’t get bored of any one diet and whatever I was doing, it would be healthier than before. So I did Atkins, Vegetarian, South Beach, Vegan….and then carnivore.

Sticking it out

My first carnivore meal after the vegan diet was incredible. But the next 13 and a half days were absolute hell. I was exhausted, my stomach was a mess, I got bored of my meals…I was miserable. But a number of people told me not to quit, that 3 weeks or so is pretty miserable and then the results came. I was skeptical and thought it was BS. I had noticed my back pain (residual from surgery months earlier) actually went away – for the first time in over a decade. I realized that when it came back when I started eating low carb for my next diet. So I decided to listen to the carnivore community and went back, and finished off 2 more weeks.

Craving steaks

The stomach got normal, the sugar cravings went away, and I started having energy. Further more, and surprisingly, I started actually craving steaks. I realized I was trying too many different meats, trying to eat at “meal time” and not when I was hungry and was making it miserable for myself. Once I found my preferences (T-Bone, Porterhouse, Rib Eye and Strip Loin…sometimes burgers and Cheddar), all with tons of salt and butter…I would seriously crave a rib eye after dinner. I also started eating one, maybe two times per day and was fine.

So much energy

Now, about 3-4 months later, I feel great physically. I never had mental clarity or depression, so mentally I feel the same, except happier with how I look, as I’ve lost 35 pounds. Most importantly, no back pain, which is incredible for me. I still am extremely tired in the morning (I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea) but am a ball of energy – frequently rising at 7 am and productive well through 1 am. Also, yes, for men, the rumors of sexual energy are true and have increased.

I thought this diet was insane before I started. I knew it was insane when I started, and I still acknowledge that it seems insane. In hindsight, I can see that the results are really the only insane part.

Darryl improved hair, sex, skin, treated back pain on carnivore diet

So far I have been a carnivore for approximately 3 months. I began after Dr. Shawn Baker was on Joe Rogan’s podcast, and also Dr. Jordan Peterson. I listened to their evidence provided and decided to give it a try.

Since I began I have lost just over 50lbs. I can say my skin has improved a bit, and hair too. Mostly I have noticed an increase in sex drive, and weight loss. Less pain in my back due to weight loss and as well ketones I assume. But I won’t go back to anything else BUT this.
