Brisket

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Temp: Low or 200F
Cook Time: 8+ Hours
Serves: N/A

Ingredients:
13 lbs Brisket

Spices:
2 tbs Liquid Smoke
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Cilantro
1/2 tsp Rosemary

Mix all dry spices together in a bowl. Take your liquid smoke and rub it over the entire brisket. Sprinkle spice mixture on brisket; then rub evenly over the entire brisket. Place 2 pre-soaked cedar cooking-planks and a small amount of water onto the bottom of a slow cooker. Place brisket directly on top of the cedar planks. Turn slow-cooker on low (or about 200F), cover, and allow to cook. Safely remove brisket after 8+ hours… enjoy!

Gravlax Stack

2 pieces of your favorite carnivore bread (I like chicken buns for this recipe)

2-4 ounces cream cheese

2-4 ounces gravlax (smoked salmon)

2 eggs, poached, soft boiled or fried

Salt

Black pepper, garnish

Paprika, garnish

Spread the cream cheese onto your 2 pieces of carnivore bread.

Place on a plate and layer the gravlax slices on top of the cream cheese.

Top gravlax with an egg on each stack.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

This pairs really well topped with hollandaise sauce.
