3 Meat Stew

3 Meat Stew

Ingredients:
1lb Lamb Shoulder
1lb Stew Beef
1lb Stew Pork
6 cups Bone broth
6 tbs Butter

Spices:
1tsp Salt
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions:

Start by cutting all the meat into small 1-inch pieces. Coat the meat with all of the spices. In a large skillet: add butter and meat on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the contents of skillet to a large pot. Add in the bone broth. Turn on low heat, cover the pot, and allow to simmer for 2 hours. Safely remove from heat, serve… and enjoy.

Parmesan-crusted Lamb Chops

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Temp: Medium
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 lb Lamb Chops
1 cup Parmesan Cheese [grated]
1 stick Butter
1/4 cup Mayo
Spices:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions:
Start by mixing all the spices into the Parmesan cheese. Next, coat each lamb chop with mayo and dip [coat well] in the Parmesan cheese. Add the butter to a skillet and turn on medium heat. Once butter starts to melt, add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5 minutes. Safely remove from skillet and enjoy!

Salmon in Bacon Cream Sauce

Bacon Cream Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Temp: High/medium/low

Cook Time: 20 minutes 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

6 slices of bacon

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 oz Havarti cheese

3 TBS butter

2 Salmon filet

Spices:

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

Start by seasoning your salmon with the salt and pepper on both sides. in a skillet on medium high heat, add your butter and salmon and cook for 4 minutes. flip and cook and additional 4 minutes. Remove salmon from pan and set aside. In a skillet on medium heat, cook bacon to desired level of crispness (3-5 minutes ). Remove bacon from skillet and set aside to cool.In the same skillet add in the heavy cream and cheese. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer until cheese has melted about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Shred the bacon into small pieces. Add the bacon pieces back to the skillet and stir. Add the salmon in to the pan with the cream sauce and let simmer an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cook Temp: 350F

Cook Time: 60 Minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  2 [two] Chicken Breast [flattened]

3 [three] Eggs [beaten]

    2 cups Pork Rinds [crushed]

   4 slices Swiss Cheese

   4 slices Ham [thin]

 Place 2 slices of cheese and ham onto the flattened chicken. Starting at one end of the chicken, gently roll lengthwise into a tight roll. 

1-Dip your chicken roll in the egg mixture, making sure it’s completely coated;

2-Place in the pork rinds, coating completely;

3-Dip/coat, once again, in the egg mixture;

4-Then again, completely coat in pork rinds;

Place on a cookie sheet. Repeat with the second roll. Bake in the oven at 350F for 60 minutes. Safely remove… and enjoy.

Oysters Rockefeller

Oysters Rockefeller

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Temp: Medium/350F
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:
6 [six] Fresh Oysters [shucked/cleaned]
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 [one] Egg
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Pork Rinds [crushed]

Spices:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Basil

Shuck/clean the oysters and shells… save 6 of the shell halves with the deepest grooves. Mix the pork rinds and Parmesan cheese together in a shallow dish. Completely coat the oysters in the Parmesan-pork rind mixture…save the remaining mixture. In a skillet on medium heat: melt 6 tbs of butter. Place oysters in the skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side. Remove the oysters from skillet and set them to the side. In the same skillet: add the spices, heavy cream, and egg. Stir gently for 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Melt the reserved 2tbs of butter. Place one fried oyster in the bottom of each shell. Spoon 1-2 tbs of the egg-cream mixture on top of each oyster. Spoon 1 tbs of the Parmesan-pork rind mixture on top of each oyster, then drizzle the melted butter. Place the oysters on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Safely remove from the oven and enjoy!

3 [three] Eggs
4 cups Bone BrothSpices:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:
1: in a saucepan: pour in broth and spices. Turn on high heat and bring to a boil.
2: in a bowl: add eggs and whisk.
3: once the broth has come to a boil, remove from heat.
4: using a fork: stir the broth in a circular motion and slowly drizzle in the beaten eggs.

Serve and enjoy!

Kefta Kababs

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Lamb
2 tbs Butter
Spices:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Pepper
Sauce:
4 oz Goat Cheese
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Spices:
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Dill
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions:
Start by mixing the ground beef, ground lamb, and spices together until blended. Divide mixture into 6 equal parts, take each part of the meat mixture and form into tight balls. Roll into an oblong shape and place a skewer in the middle.
In a skillet on medium heat: add the butter and the kababs. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes on any uncooked sides. Safely remove from pan.
Sauce: Mix goat cheese, greek yogurt, and spices in a bowl until well blended.

Serve Kababs with sauce… and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 [one] Egg
1/2 stick Butter
1/2 cup Pork Rinds [crushed]
2 cups Beef Stock
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 lb Ground Chuck
1 batch CarniNoodlesSpices:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning


Instructions:
In a large bowl: combine ground chuck, ground pork, egg, pork rinds, and spices. Mix until well blended. After mixing, form the meatballs.
In a skillet: add the butter and meatballs. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Flip the meatballs and cook for another 3 minutes. Continue stirring and flipping the meatballs until completely cooked [about another 10 minutes]… then remove them from the skillet.
Drain the grease from the skillet: combine the stock, heavy cream, and sour cream… stir until completely mixed. Bring to a boil and allow to cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and add the meatballs to the skillet… let simmer for 20 minutes. Safely remove from heat and spoon over the CarniNoodles. Enjoy!
