Kefta Kababs

Kefta Kababs

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Temp: Medium
Cook Time:10 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Lamb
2 tbs Butter
Spices:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Pepper
Sauce:
4 oz Goat Cheese
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Spices:
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Dill
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions:
Start by mixing the ground beef, ground lamb, and spices together until blended. Divide mixture into 6 equal parts, take each part of the meat mixture and form into tight balls. Roll into an oblong shape and place a skewer in the middle.
In a skillet on medium heat: add the butter and the kababs. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes on any uncooked sides. Safely remove from pan.
Sauce: Mix goat cheese, greek yogurt, and spices in a bowl until well blended.

Serve Kababs with sauce… and enjoy!

Steak Gorgonzola

Steak Gorgonzola

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Temp: Medium-high

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

2 [two] Steaks

    4 tbs Butter

   1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

     5 oz Gorgonzola Cheese

Spices:

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:

Apply 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to the steaks, coating both sides.

In a skillet: Add 2 tbs butter and steaks on medium-high. Cook 5-7 mins on each side. Safely remove from heat.

In a saucepan: combine 2 tbs butter, heavy cream, 4 oz of cheese, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Cook on medium-high until cheese is melted and whisk until sauce starts to thicken. Safely remove from heat.

Top the steak with cream sauce and sprinkle with the remaining 1 oz of cheese. Enjoy!

Steak Oscar

Steak Oscar

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Temp: Medium/High
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
2 [two] Steaks
1 1/4 sticks Butter
3 [three] Egg Yolks
8 oz Crab Meat
1/4 cup Seafood Stock
4 tbs Seafood Butter

Instructions:
In a skillet: add 2 tbs of butter and steak on medium-high. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
In a separate skillet: add crab meat and seafood butter. Cook on medium heat until hot.
In a saucepan: add 1 stick of butter on high heat, until it starts to boil.
In a bowl: add egg yolks and seafood stock, then mix on low until well blended. Carefully/slowly pour boiling butter in the egg mixture while mixing on low for 1 minute or so. Allow sauce to rest until the bubbles settle.
Place steaks onto a cookie sheet and top with the crab. Turn your broiler on high and place the steak in the oven for 4 minutes.
Safely remove from the oven and drizzle with sauce… and enjoy.

Ribeye with Parmesan Shrimp Sauce

Ribeye with Parmesan Shrimp Sauce

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Temp: Medium
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
6 tbs Butter
2 slices Bacon [crumbled]
2 cups Shrimp
1 [one] Ribeye
1 cup Sour Cream

Spices:
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
Season steak with 1/2 of the spices.
Heat a skillet on medium, then add 2 tbs of butter and steak. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. In a separate large pan: combine 2 tbs butter, shrimp, bacon, and other 1/2 of the spices. Cook on medium heat until the shrimp are completely cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Add another 2 tbs of butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream to the shrimp. Stir occasionally until it starts to thicken, about 5-10 minutes.
Top the steak with shrimp cream sauce… and enjoy!
