Quick & easy

Deli Sandwich

Makes 2 sandwiches

4 pieces of your favorite carnivore bread (bacon weave, chicken bun, cloud bread)

2 slices swiss cheese

2 slices pepper jack, muenster or cheddar

2 ounces corned beef or pastrami, sliced thin

2 ounces salami, sliced thin

2 ounces roast beef, sliced thin

Brown mustard or mayo (optional)

Layer all ingredients onto your bread of choice. Feel free to switch the meat and cheese options up to your favorite deli meats and cheeses.

If you want the sandwich hot, lay the meats with cheeses on top onto a parchment lined sheet pan and broil on low for about 1 minute while keeping a close eye on it. Or you can heat the meat up in a pan and top with cheese when layering the sandwiches.
Even better if you have some hot and salty beef broth to dip the hot sandwich in!

Easiest Meatloaf

Serves 2-4
2 pounds ground beef

2 whole eggs

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp salt free all purpose seasoning

1 Tbs mustard

Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except paprika and mix very thoroughly.

Press into a loaf pan, if using.

If not using a loaf pan, you can just shape the meat into a loaf or whatever shape you want and bake on a sheet pan.

Top meatloaf with paprika for a nice crust coating and color.

Bake for 1 ½ hours.

Let cool 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sammie

Makes 3 sammies
6 sausage patties, homemade or store bought

4 eggs

½ Tbs cream, optional

¼ tsp salt

3 slices of your favorite cheese

3-6 slices of bacon, cooked (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk eggs with cream and salt. Pour into a 8” X 8” silicone pan.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from pan and slice into 3 strips.

Cook sausage accordingly.

Layer sausage with cheese, folded egg slice, cooked bacon and second sausage piece.

Gravlax Stack

2 pieces of your favorite carnivore bread (I like chicken buns for this recipe)

2-4 ounces cream cheese

2-4 ounces gravlax (smoked salmon)

2 eggs, poached, soft boiled or fried

Salt

Black pepper, garnish

Paprika, garnish

Spread the cream cheese onto your 2 pieces of carnivore bread.

Place on a plate and layer the gravlax slices on top of the cream cheese.

Top gravlax with an egg on each stack.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

This pairs really well topped with hollandaise sauce.

Grilled Cheese

Makes 1 sandwich
Your favorite carnivore bread (Chicken buns or bacon weave crusts work best for this recipe)

2-4 ounces of your favorite gooey cheese or a combination of cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, pepperjack, brie, etc.) *Please note, 4 ounces of cheese is a THICK amount of cheese!*

Making a carnivore grilled cheese is just as easy as making your “traditional” grilled cheese!

Heat your pan to medium-high heat. (Medium heat if you are using 4 ounces of cheese)

No butter should be needed! Especially if you’re using bacon weaves!

Heat the inside part of your “bread” for about 30-45 seconds.

Flip your bread over and layer your cheese and top with the other heated up piece of “bread”.

Grill your sandwich until the cheese starts getting melted. Carefully flip sandwich over to melt the other half of the cheese.

Remove from pan and enjoy!

Classic Steak with Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Serves 1

Your favorite steak (Newyork Strip), ribeye, sirloin, flank, chuck, etc)

2-4 eggs

Salt

1 tsp butter

Let your steak come to room temperature by letting it sit out for about 1 hour.

Heat your egg pan to a medium-low heat and melt your butter.

Heat your cast iron to a medium-high heat.

For the perfect scrambled eggs whisk your eggs and salt in a small bowl or cup first.

Pour your whisked eggs into the heated egg pan and cook low and slow while stirring them continuously until they are just scrambled. Take off heat.

Once your cast iron is heated, sear your steak to desired doneness. I prefer 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.

Once your steak is seared season with salt liberally. You can top with more butter, if you’d like, too.

Egg Nog

Makes about 1 cup

1 egg yolk or 1 whole egg

¾ cup heavy cream

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp cinnamon

Stevia to taste (optional)

Pinch of salt

Blend all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet.

Serve with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.

Using the whole egg will make the egg nog frothier.

You can easily multiply this recipe by however many servings you would like to make.

Egg in a Burger Basket

1 pound ground beef, or any ground meat you like

2 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Take ½ pound ground meat and shape it into a large thin donut with a hole bigger than you would like. Shape the burger thinner than you would like because the meat will shrink and cook into a thick burger. Repeat with remaining burger meat.

Season your burgers and cook in a cast iron pan.

Once you flip your burger, let it cook one minute and carefully crack your egg in the middle.

Season your egg, if you’d like.

Cover with a lid and cook until desired egg doneness. Or you can cook low and slow if you don’t have a lid.

This goes really well with homemade hollandaise sauce.

Easy Breakfast Sausage

1 pound ground beef or pork

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp sage

1 tsp onion powder

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

If desired, shape into patties or links. If not saute and crumble.

Use in your favorite sausage recipes!

Meatza Pizza

Crust

2 ½ pounds Ground Meat (beef, chicken, turkey, bison, etc.)

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

2 tsp basil

½ tsp fennel seeds (optional, if you want a more Italian sausage flavor)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all crust ingredients thoroughly and press into a large sheet pan or 2 pizza pans.

Make the crust a little thinner than you want because it will shrink and get a little thicker.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until meat is cooked.

Drain fat from the pan.

Pizza topping ideas

8 ounces mozzarella

Parmesan

Goat cheese

Pepperoni

Cooked and crumbled sausage

Sliced cured meats

Cooked bacon

Poached eggs (top with poached eggs AFTER the meatza is complete or else you’ll have boiled eggs!)

Turn oven up to 450 degrees.

Top with your favorite cheeses and cured meats.

Bake 8 minutes.

Broil for 1-2 minutes if you want your cheese browned.

If you somehow don’t eat it all in one night, this makes phenomenal breakfast of the classic cold pizza!
