Bacon and Brie Stuffed Bison Burgers

Bacon and Brie Stuffed Bison Burgers

Cook Temp: Medium
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
3 oz Brie
16-20 slices Bacon
1 lb Ground Bison

Spices:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions:

Mix spices into the bison. Form into a tight ball, then flatten on a plate. Wrap the Brie in 3 slices of bacon. Fold up the edges of the ground meat to completely seal the burger. Lay 4 slices of bacon down with sides touching, place the burger in the middle, and wrap the bacon around to completely seal it. Repeat with more bacon in the opposite direction. Place in a skillet on medium, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip, and repeat on the second side. Remove cover and cook an additional 3 minutes on each side. Safely remove from skillet… and Enjoy.
